I'm very out of shape, dealing with some big emotional issues and huge anxiety & insecurities. Liz has really encouraged me and made sure I feel welcome and safe. The classes are taught with a genuine love and compassion. I feel like even though I'm behind the seasoned yogi's that it's still good that I'm there... and I feel stronger after even one class. I'm able to follow along easily, making adjustments for my abilities. It's a really beautiful community of people!
