Deschutes County BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The Deschutes County Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) is pleased to announce its 2022 Central Oregon Bicycle and Pedestrian Summit. The summit will be held on Thursday, Sept. 29th from 8:30 - 1:00 p.m. at Redmond City Hall, located at 411 SW Ninth St. The Bicycle and Pedestrian Summit is for everyone who walks, bicycles or rides transit in Central Oregon. This year's theme is Connecting Central Oregon Communities.
